About Shannon Fagan

Shannon is an experienced photographer and business owner based in New York, NY. He has consulted high profile clients in the editorial and advertising industries including: The New York Times, The New Yorker, Business Week, Verizon, BMW, and Nikon. He is an Advisory Board member with the YPA, and former President of the Stock Artists Alliance. Work experience includes Magnum Photos, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He has exhibited throughout the United States and is a frequent contributor to licensing collections. Photo District News has recognized his work in PDN’s 30 and he has been published in the Communication Arts, Print’s Regional Design, and American Photography Annuals. Awards include a Gold Addy in the NY Addy Awards, a Shortlist Clio Award, and an NEA Creative Grant together with the Houston Center for Photography. Shannon also has stock imagery represented by over fifteen different global collections in all licensing models. He’s currently in the “middle” of a competitive entrepreneurial tech start-up course with The Founder Institute in New York (www.founderinstitute.com).
